Crisis Support

A Spot to Be Heard

Crisis Support can be helpful if you or your child is in need of immediate support.

A broken circle chain with a person in the middle of it.

Crisis Support can be helpful if you or your child is experiencing significant emotional distress without actually being in a physically dangerous situation.* A crisis support session is typically booked within 3 hours of initial contact with the Clinical Director, but without guaranteeing that you will be able to meet with your primary Spot to Talk therapist. We cannot always guarantee the availability of these sessions, and recommend that if you are concerned about you or your child’s safety, please call 911 or visit your local emergency room. If the mental health crisis you are experiencing is not dangerous, but you wish to speak with a Spot to Talk therapist as soon as possible, please request a crisis support session by calling 406-201-9711.
