Private Pay & Insurance

We recognize that using your insurance plan might be a critical part of being able to access mental health services. Most insurance policies provide reimbursement for therapy and can help make the cost of receiving mental health services more affordable. We are currently working with several different insurance companies, including Medicaid and Medicare, and would be happy to help you determine your insurance benefits. For further information regarding private pay rates and insurance coverage, please reach out to our billing experts who can provide you with further information.

Sliding Scale

We hope to prevent financial obligations from being a barrier to connecting with Spot to Talk. We understand that each individual’s and family’s financial situation is different. In response to that, we are offering a sliding scale. If you feel that our costs per session would prevent you from connecting with us, please reach out to discuss your situation.

What is Spot to Talk’s Cancellation Policy?

We understand that life is busy and sometimes the unexpected happens. We ask that you try your best to communicate with your therapist if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment.

We also value our therapists’ time and therefore ask that you carefully review our cancellation policy:

  • If you no show your appointment or cancel your session with less than 24 hours notice of your scheduled appointment time, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session .
  • If you cancel your session 24 hours in advance of your session time, your account will not be charged.
