A Spot to Connect

Welcome to Spot to Talk and thank you for your interest in our services. Spot to Talk is committed to giving back to our communities by offering several different groups, workshops, and events. We recognize that having an opportunity to connect with others who are experiencing similar life challenges can be an important part of your support system and we hope to create engaging opportunities for community members to be a part of. Postpartum Mood & Anxiety Support Group

Spot to Talk’s therapist, Megan Goudie, is offering a virtual Postpartum Mood and Anxiety Support Group (commonly referred to as postpartum depression) for female-identifying birth parents who have babies within one-year post-birth. The next 6-week virtual support group will be offered on Wednesdays at 6 pm starting September 22nd, 2021. The group is limited in capacity in order to provide quality support and navigate the virtual setting. Prior to registering, there is a brief 10-minute consultation phone call to ensure the appropriateness of support group.

S.P.O.T.

Spot to Talk’s therapist, Lisa McKee, is pleased to offer S.P.O.T. : Support for Parents of Teens and Young Adults with Mental Health Challenges. This in-person meeting will occur on Wednesdays at 6:00 pm in Bigfork (near the intersection of Hwy 83 and Hwy 35) starting September 15th, 2021. Capacity will be limited in order to provide quality support. Prior to registering there is a brief 10-minute consultation phone call to ensure the appropriateness of the group.
